Mom-to-be retreat

23/06–25/06/2023 _ 06/10–08/10/2023
2 nights from €990 per room incl. half-board

Leave everyday life behind and enjoy a break with yoga, wellness, and birth preparation.

Yoga helps you to prepare yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally for birth. This yoga form that is specially tailored to pregnancy can support your body during this time of change and prepare it specifically for the birth. The aim of this yoga practice is a relaxed diaphragm and abdominal area, strengthening and stabilisation of the pelvis, and balance throughout the entire body. The sessions include numerous breathing, stretching, and strengthening exercises, and various birth positions are tried. Focus is placed on getting to know your body, which constantly changes during pregnancy. Create a mindful connection with yourself and your baby during meditation and relaxation exercises. We take our attention from outside to within, listen to our bodies, come into contact with the baby and our own needs: What do I feel? What do I need? What will do me good? And how is my baby?

The focus is on joyful anticipation and trust rather than on worries and fears. A positive attitude towards the birth is important to be able to remain relaxed. Over the course of the weekend, fears are relieved, and you can deal with worries and concerns with the help of self-hypnosis, mindfully releasing them. You’ll discover that birth can be powerful, self-determined, and wonderful.

Choose a positive attitude full of joyful anticipation. Birth is a unique experience; make the best of it. We’re happy to support you in this.

Pregnancy massage – the wellness break for me and my baby
Treat yourself to time for yourself and your baby before the birth. Feather-light strokes help you unwind and build an intensive bond with your baby. You’ll sense yourself and your body in a very special way and have the opportunity to release all concerns, stress, and fears. The massage strengthens dialogue with your baby so that you can prepare for the birth and your baby with joy and trust.

Osteopathic treatment
Osteopathy is a holistic treatment method that focuses on the body as a functional unit. Especially during pregnancy, the body is constantly changing and needs to adapt quickly to the new circumstances. If this does not happen, it can lead to pain. If you choose to have an osteopathic treatment with me, my aim is to release blockages and tension using gentle techniques, so that you can enjoy a pain-free pregnancy.

* Please book the treatments and massages separately in advance. We look forward to hearing from you [info@das-graseck.de].
