Section 1: Allergies and Health Center

If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know immediately (ideally upon booking) so that we can take appropriate measures.

The affiliated prevention center is located next to the reception and offers individual health check-ups and sports check-ups. We are also happy to create a personalized program for you. Please feel free to contact the reception (extension 9) or vorsorge@das-graseck.de to schedule a non-binding consultation.

Section 2: Amenities and Services

Slippers: Please keep our sustainability promise in mind: Avoid disposable terrycloth slippers and use your own. If you have forgotten your slippers, you can of course get some at the reception.

Train Station: The main train station of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is approximately 15 minutes by car from the Graseckbahn valley station. We are happy to call you a taxi.

Bar: You can enjoy a relaxing end to your day at the hotel bar. It is located in the restaurant on the first floor.

Pictures for Sale: The pictures that adorn our house in our lobby and corridors are available for purchase. The artist Katrin Thumfart creates all her works from natural raw materials. Franz Dengg has a selection of historical photos from the surrounding area hanging in the hotel.

Iron and Ironing Board: If you would like to iron your clothes yourself in your room, we will be happy to provide you with an ironing board and iron.

Bus Connection: The bus stop in the direction of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located at the ski stadium. Bus line 2 runs through the town center to the Kreuzeckbahn valley station. Rides on the local bus are free with the guest card, which you can obtain at our reception.

Torchlight Hike: Our guides will lead you on torchlight hikes through the Partnach Gorge from November 1st to March 31st. For bookings or further questions, please contact our reception. Advance planning is required.

Fitness Room: The fitness room is located on the lower floor, adjacent to the spa area (small black elevator) and is open from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Admission is permitted from the age of 16. We are happy to assist you with the operation of the equipment. We can organize a good personal trainer for €75 per hour.

Breakfast: The rich breakfast buffet, which is included in your room rate, is available from 7:30 AM (from 8:00 AM in winter) to 10:30 AM and is located on the first floor.

Room Functions: Our staff regularly checks the functions of your room. Nevertheless, we appreciate any suggestions about what might not be optimal in the room or if something is not working.

LOISL Guest Card: With the Loisl guest card (tourist tax), you will receive some offers in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, including free travel on local buses. This will be sent to you automatically by email after check-in. No printout is required.

Luggage Storage: We are also happy to store your luggage if you would like to enjoy the surroundings on your departure day.

Graseckbahn: The gondola runs daily from 7:15 AM to 9:45 PM. Hold your card, at the left gate, on top of the orange field. When the gondola is at the station, press the BLUE flashing button and get on. The gondola will depart automatically after a short break. Alternatively, you can reach the Graseckbahn valley station in 15 minutes on foot via our mountain road (32%).

Towels: Please let us know if you need additional or new towels. If desired, our room maids will change your towels every day. Please place the used towels on the floor. We have already packed a wellness bag for you for the spa area. This is ready for you in your room. If you need more towels, please inform our reception.

Section 3: Dogs and Hygiene

Dogs: The GRASECK offers rooms for a holiday with dogs (€20 per dog/night). As a health hotel, we ask you to take your four-legged friend exclusively to the terrace, also out of consideration for allergy sufferers. Leash is mandatory in the hotel and on the adjacent meadows. The surroundings are ideal for long walks. We are happy to provide you with a feel-good bag with a towel, a cuddly pillow, poop bags and a bowl.

Hygiene Articles: If you have forgotten something, we have some items available for you at the reception. Just ask us.

Laundry Service:

You are welcome to get us your laundry bag to the reception. A laundry bag is provided in your closet. The service might take 24h

Section 4: Rooms and Equipment

Internet / Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Simply connect to the network "Gaestespot_Graseck" and accept the terms and conditions. No password is required.

Coffee Machine: Enjoy the first coffee of the day in your room. We provide you with an Illy coffee machine free of charge during your stay. Choose between Café Classico, Café Lungo or decaffeinated coffee. The reception is happy to answer any questions or requests.

Massage and Cosmetic Treatments in Wellness and Spa: You can find the current spa brochure under Treatments. We are happy to book your desired treatment for you according to availability. Please contact the reception or fill out our online form: Treatments book

Minibar: Each room has a minibar with refreshing non-alcoholic drinks. This is checked and refilled daily. Consumption in the room is free of charge for you (one filling per day).

Night Access: If you would like to take a walk after dinner, you will need your room card to open the main entrance from 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM.

Medicine & Prevention on request

Partnach Gorge: You will receive permanent tickets at the reception for your visit to the Partnach Gorge. With these you can go directly to the turnstile and enter the gorge. After your return, please return them to the reception for the next guests. Tip: Use the off-peak times until 11:00 AM and from 5:00 PM. In the meantime, many visitors are expected. Access could also be limited at the turnstile. Take the Graseckbahn down to the valley and turn right upstream. Alternatively, take the 32% road (12 minutes on foot) from the hotel to the Partnach. After the gorge, the path leads back towards Graseck, directly via Kaiserschmarrn-Alm or in the direction of Partnach-Alm and the Iron Bridge (routes may be closed due to official regulations). Smoking: All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Ashtrays are available for you on the balcony and terrace. Would you like to quit smoking? Our doctors will be happy to advise you on quitting.

Umbrellas: Umbrellas are available for you at the main entrance in bad weather.

Reception: The reception is open daily from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM (extension 9). In case of real emergencies, we are of course also available at night (outside reception opening hours) at the following number: 0049 (0) 1511 41 00 902 - if you call from your room phone, please dial a zero beforehand.

Safe: Your rooms are equipped with a safe for your valuables. This can be locked and unlocked with your individual code. You will find operating instructions in the room. If you need help with the operation, please contact the reception.

Shoe Polishing Machine: A shoe polishing machine is available for you next to the reception.

Spa Bag: Our 100% jute spa bags are available at the reception at € 12,50

Telephone The telephone in your room is available for internal and external calls. To make an internal call, please dial the corresponding room number or extension. For external calls, please dial zero (0). You can obtain your room's extension number from reception.

Tab water Fresh, clear, and clean – that's how we value and know our spring water. Drinking water in Bavaria undergoes rigorous controls and testing every year. The quality of our water is excellent.

Section 5: Wellness

Wellness Area The wellness area is located on the ground floor and access is free. The area is most easily reached via the small black elevator. Bathrobes and a spa bag with towels are provided in your room. Please note that smoking is not permitted in our spa area, including on the terrace, and children must be 16 years of age or older to enter (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for family time in the panoramic pool on Level 2).
