Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a spa treatment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment free of charge.
If you cancel at short notice or do not show up, we will charge you 75% of the booked price.

Clothing instructions and towels:
A bag with two large towels is provided in your room for your spa visit. You can request more from our reception. Please arrive for your treatment in your bathrobe, which is also provided in your room (sizes: M and XL). Guests bring their own beach sandals.
