Programme / inclusive services:
Day 1

• Arrival, rapid Covid-19 test
• Detailed initial discussion with the physician incl. therapy planning
• Blood test (comprehensive blood analysis with full blood count, liver and kidney functions, inflammation parameters, thyroid hormones, vitamin D levels, fat metabolism, electrolytes, blood sedimentation)

Day 2

• Eye screening for vascular damage
• Glaucoma screening (measurement of the intraocular pressure)
• Healthy packed lunch for your hike
• Activating full-body massage (Bioenergetics body massage) 60 min.

Day 3

• Physical examination, blood pressure measurement
• Heart ultrasound
• BMI measurement (bio-impedance)
• Resting ECG
• Blood pressure measurement with arm-leg index (screening for vasoconstriction)

Day 4

• Ultrasound of the carotid vessels
• Exercise ECG

Day 5

• Extensive final medical consultation
• Written report with recommendations

Depending on the tariff and provider, private health insurance will assume the majority of the costs (no spa treatments).
